M. SOUL (Rock / Country)

Mr. SOUL, whose real name is Marcel SOULODRE, is a songwriter from Winnipeg (Canada). He perpetuates the tradition of Rock’n Roll and Country in his own compositions and in his covers of songs that have marked him since his childhood.

In 2003, he decided to create the “Wanted Man” show, to celebrate the life, career and songs of Johnny Cash. The death of “The Man in Black” that same year propelled Mr. Soul to perform throughout the North American continent.

He has since moved to Strasbourg, a city he fell in love with during a tour.

Always creative, Marcel is passionate about the history of music and presents a lecture-concert in interaction with the public on the origins of Rock’n Roll.

This lecture-concert becomes a show:

Another show “Hello Out There, le Manitoba vous répond” is in progress, to be broadcast at the end of 2021, it will retrace his own career, his meetings and his travels.

The artist does a lot of small private concerts in care home.
